Good pay, overtime is usually available, performance bonuses for meeting goals, quick raises for additional training, great people to work with, benefits are good and include 401k insurance 80 hours a year of paid vacation, also employee stock purchase program.
Cons
No sick pay for 2 years, mandatory overtime, work life balance is a challenge. constant policy changes, and of course angry customers.
