      Amazing team and collaborative spirit. Regular social events. Wide range of ages and cultural backgrounds. Work from home flexibility understanding of importance of family and work-life balance

      The best employer I've had. Can't think of any downsides to working here.

      Thank you for the 4-star review, however it would seem you have the wrong company. DWS is an Australian IT consultancy, do not have a 'Director of Finance' role, and have no staff in the USA.
