      Competitive environment with strong leadership and opportunities to grow. Better than average benefits, and a total compensation package that is aided by extremely strong stock performance.

      Cons

      Many things are decentralized and sometimes lean is taken too far, but hard to argue with results.

      My experience at Danaher was overwhelmingly positive. Great place to innovate and to see your contributions make a different. DBS taught me so much.

      Cons

      I don't think there is a drawback to working for Danaher. But everyone has their own experiences.
