Pros
Danaher is making gradual but slow effort to be a good company. You have options to go to another opco if your current opco is toxic. Ceo seems like a salt of the earth type of guy. But then again we don't know his true heart yet.
Cons
Diversity in HR does not equate no racism. It even thrives more. Discrimination in some opcos has deep roots that can not be uprooted. I had a manager threatening me no matter what he does the organization can not do anything to him. (He was white and I was Brown skin) Leadership changes to a woman or person of color is only putting lipstick on a pig in some horrible Danaher Opco.
