      They offer decent benefits packages

      Management is all about numbers and profits. People are nothing more than tools and stepping stones to make quarterly reports look good. People are expected to make their job their whole life. Pay is not competitive, and there is little room for advancement.

      My experience at Danaher was overwhelmingly positive. Great place to innovate and to see your contributions make a different. DBS taught me so much.

      I don't think there is a drawback to working for Danaher. But everyone has their own experiences.
