Pros

Opportunity to grow if you can navigate internal politics

Cons

India Leadership appears more focused on personal gains and retirement plans, with minimal investment in employee growth or organizational vision. Critical decisions seem motivated by financial or personal interests India VP is surrounded by sycophants and he like it HR seems influenced by leadership’s preferences, often sidelining fair hiring practices and reinforcing favoritism. This impacts morale and leads to a lack of trust in the system. The VP and site leaders actively recruits individuals from his own demographic, favoring loyalty over merit. Promotions and hiring practices are influenced heavily by personal connections rather than qualifications or performance. Recent Sciex site lead departure highlights a concerning trend—efforts to place a pre-selected successor rather than a transparent, merit-based process to fill crucial roles. This discourages genuine talent from aspiring for leadership positions.

Pros

My experience at Danaher was overwhelmingly positive. Great place to innovate and to see your contributions make a different. DBS taught me so much.

Cons

I don't think there is a drawback to working for Danaher. But everyone has their own experiences.
