      Challenging environment will push you to try and perform above and beyond. You will learn new things.

      Cons

      Below Industry Pay, exceedingly high sales goals with little ability to achieve target no room for growth into higher paying positions. always stressed out to try and meet a near impossible quota. you will receive the standard pay raise no matter how poor or how well you perform (it is LOW)

      My experience at Danaher was overwhelmingly positive. Great place to innovate and to see your contributions make a different. DBS taught me so much.

      Cons

      I don't think there is a drawback to working for Danaher. But everyone has their own experiences.
