      Bureaucracy & slow processes — Some complain that decision-making and official processes are slow due to layers of approvals. Inconsistent handovers/transition issues — New staff sometimes inherit work or cases without proper handover. Contract uncertainties / funding constraints — As with many NGOs, contracts may be tied to project funding, leading to job insecurity.
