      Pros

      DRC has the best of many organizations I've worked for: it has a solid core of long-standing, loyal employees while remaining open to new talent, change and innovation. A key leadership concept is "leadership with responsibility," meaning you are given a lot of room as a leader to try new ways of working and take risks.... and you will be held accountable. It is a learning organization that values self-reflection and pragmatism.

      Cons

      While the program side has grown a lot in recent years, the support functions are still catching up. DRC is making huge strides but to stay competitive, more investment is needed, particularly to retain and develop DRC's enormous pool of national employees.
