Pros
Good work culture. Direct exposure to clients. Work with senior leadership. Internal hackathons, lot of opportunities to grow and improve yourself.
Cons
Low bonus - 3-5% max in average if the market is down. Internal politics is subtle but it can kill your career if you are not careful. Will send to client locations without travel reimbursements. Leadership don't negotiate much of these terms with Clients.
