Cons
I joined as Senior Analyst after my IIM Placements. While it's a great environment to learn, there are many limitations on the level of involvement in global business - which caps overall exposure and learning. I found below issues there- 1. No long-term vision / Future 2. Office Politics 3. No proper KRAs/Goals/performance metrices - almost everything is hazy 4. limited business learnings
