Pros
Opportunities to move departments and locations. Good salaries, but don't expect a bonus or any promotions. People are generally nice.
Cons
Recent words used by various employees - bizarre, insane, managers are dictators, don't care about delivery, purposefully trying to get people to leave to reduce costs. I was even offered hugs, rather than the promotion and bonus I had worked hard for and told I deserved, by a Managing Director in an effort to make me stay. I raised this to HR but nothing was done. Everyone I know still there are trying to leave.
