Pros
Not much of work life balance if you are in APAC time zone. But if you are in Europe I would say Yes. Better prospect if you are female for DEI promotions etc. If you are male and looking to grow look elsewhere
Cons
Promoting the wrong people just to meet gender KPIs. Very stupid promotion process. Group makes a lot of stupid decisions. They don't listen. Rolling out enhancement buts adds more workarounds.
