Despite being a Chinese internet group, the company's international business division has a surprisingly global and affable culture with people from diverse background and skill sets. I think it provides a pretty positive workplace.
Cons
At times leadership doesn't manage the local teams as diligently as it should be. Strategic directions and resource allocations shift fairly frequently.
