Due to merger, the company is losing value towards the employees. It's more like a takeover. Work life balance and policy updates have been withheld yet being forced to integrate , enroll benefits and purchase PTO all while information is not shared. So many intergration changes and discontinuations of products causing high stress and injuring mental health. Low level agents can't
