I can't say enough of their culture, amazing people, amazing environment and great managers

NO opportunities to move up, unless you are part of a very exclusive club you won't have a chance of moving up. If you are planning to be a mortgage banker for life and dont have any other goals with your life then go right ahead. Their mortgage products aee just the good old vanilla. No creative programs and no creative marketing initiatives,
