Pros
Great pay and a great environment. Management actually cares about you as a person, and if you want to move up and are serious about doing your best, they will open all the doors you need to get promoted quickly.
Cons
There are some people who only come for the paycheck, and don't intend to, and never will try to do anything more than what their job requires.
