Pros

Free food, flexible schedule, the people you work with are fun and nice to talk to.

Cons

Extremely passive aggressive management, guidelines are never that thoroughly explained, you may never know if you're doing something wrong until you're let go. No commendation for a job well done, horribly maintained porperty and petty about literally every small detail.

Pros

Benefits and employee meals were great. My team and people I worked with was the reason I stayed.

Cons

Leadership doesn't value or support their managers. Just be prepared to receive little support from corporate and a company as a whole. They don't want operations managers to succeed and rather run through options creating instability for their employees. Expectations constantly change. Favortism runs through departments that starts from the top (GM). Worst experience of my life was deciding to become a manager. Also as a operations manager they don't care about work life balance or if your working over 10 hours. Get use to long hours in operations with no support or help.
