Pros

This is a great location, they have a beautiful pool, and every couple of months the hotel throws amazing pool parties, (which your not allowed to be any part of).

Cons

Favoritism is a HUGE factor here!! managers treat their employees horrible, you could do a really good job but no one will pat you on the back, but one tiny mistake and everyone is quick to throw you down, lack of communication between all departments, very childish "he said, she said" nonsense. Old building, so guests complain pretty much about EVERYTHING!

Pros

Benefits and employee meals were great. My team and people I worked with was the reason I stayed.

Cons

Leadership doesn't value or support their managers. Just be prepared to receive little support from corporate and a company as a whole. They don't want operations managers to succeed and rather run through options creating instability for their employees. Expectations constantly change. Favortism runs through departments that starts from the top (GM). Worst experience of my life was deciding to become a manager. Also as a operations manager they don't care about work life balance or if your working over 10 hours. Get use to long hours in operations with no support or help.
