Pros
-Wages were bigger than expected -All the tasks were scheduled so there weren't so many surprises regarding urgent changes in the projects we developed. -Big tasks were divided among peers so these parts were developed by different people simultaneously
Cons
-Vacation days aren't enough to compensate the constant pressure. -Sometimes we were over-scheduled concerning that we had tasks planned to be done for several weeks, it meant extra pressure to keep on doing the tasks under control. -We had templates for the most of the tasks then some of the tasks were very recurrent.
