Very unprofessional conduct by this employer - Senior Software Engineer EPAM Systems Employee Review

They showed the project as long term opportunity. They even held a meeting assuring that they have long term relationship with the client. First thing I saw when I joined, they were having their “first town hall” meeting with the client. How come they have long term relation with their client and this is the first meeting?? All of us were new resources in the meeting. How come? I even declined offer from well established financial institution in Canada. Then I asked other people, many of them also declined good opportunities to join here. Then the management messed up with the client and in matters of 4 months, most people got laid off from the company.
