Company culture is amazing, company understand that its employees are the most valuable thing, company spend a lot of efforts in order to help employees improve their level of professionality. You feel care everywhere.
Cons
It is really hard to grow after some level, middle level management too busy in political games to be on real side of life, other things are not important and interesting for them.
