Pros

- Many smart colleagues - Relocation opportunity - Decent salary in some locations - Opportunity to grow - Big company - Work bench - You can have a good work-life balance if you are not ambitious - Good insurance

Cons

- EPAM is a big company and the company has very different practices depending on the supervising high level manager and location. In most scenarios don't expect to be valued as a human being after the relocation before you actually get the Green Card. EPAM turns into a real bodyshop in that scenario. - NA salary for relocated people is a joke. Usually at least 30% less than the market median.

Pros

Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

Cons

Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
