      - very good client base - company focus in learning and growing together as an individual as well as company persective - work life balance(come early and leave early) - focus on quality rather than quantity - Helping teammates as well as management. - has its own learning portal and provide platform for training on latest technologies - resources in EPAM are well equipped with latest technologies

      Cons

      - keep performing and learning otherwise growth and other opportunity will stagnant. - less onsite opportunities

      Thank you for your review. As rightly said, EPAM believes in continuous learning and provides multiple avenues like EPAM University, Learn, Communities, Focussed Group Learning, Mentoring, Solution Architect and Delivery Management schools etc. Provide oppurtunities to increase the scope of responsibilities by clearly laid down Global competency framework.

      Pros

      You get exposure to the very latest technology, and the company is implementing it in impactful, real-world ways. Even if you're not in a tech role, you naturally build deeper understanding in the latest technologies that you may never get exposure to at other companies. Truly global. Even for employees not in global roles, you still get good visibility into the company's global scale and impact.

      Cons

      Too much process around approvals which reduces speed of execution. Asked to step-up but then insufficient support provided. Two-faced behaviors of managers has become acceptable.
