Pros

- Decent pay if you are on the business side - Incredible growth path (someone is doing something right - find engineers at low price from eastern eu STEM universities and bring them on L1) - Acquihire senior talent through M&A - Many are there for experience, not for the long haul

Cons

- Seniormost leadership runs like a family business of east europeans - Incredible nepotism across all senior levels - Achieves analyst company ratings through shady deals - Culture is fake: they try to act as cool, liberal, forward facing but does nothing than a green wash on all fronts - Strong affiliations with countries ruled by dictators - though publicly they appear as a US HQ publicly listed company

Pros

You get exposure to the very latest technology, and the company is implementing it in impactful, real-world ways. Even if you're not in a tech role, you naturally build deeper understanding in the latest technologies that you may never get exposure to at other companies. Truly global. Even for employees not in global roles, you still get good visibility into the company's global scale and impact.

Cons

Too much process around approvals which reduces speed of execution. Asked to step-up but then insufficient support provided. Two-faced behaviors of managers has become acceptable.
