      Good company but with some specific - Engineering Manager EPAM Systems Employee Review

      Pros

      Big and stable company. Good people. Various projects, ability to relocate to new locations.

      Cons

      EPAM is an outsource company, i.e. some of your time you can sit on the bench (but fully paid). The level of compensation is not the greatest in the industry. You probably will not be focused on one project for a long time (but maybe pros for some people). As in many big companies a lot of politics and "land grabbing" between the managers and directors.

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - A lot of opportunities to learn and enhance your skills; - Clients are top companies, so you're exposed to the best experiences; - Great benefits and insurance.

      Cons

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
