Sallary grows slowly and often on minimum level of market. To get promotion you have to pass interview or bring another ofer, and still will be on the minimal level of market independetly of client project.

Amazing team—very collaborative, supportive, and welcoming from day one. Strong leadership, my manager is incredibly supportive and gives you autonomy to take ownership and bring new ideas forward.
