Pros

Flexible options to change your career path like from developer to business analyst or data analyst

Cons

This is for Anywhere employees. 1. The company did not offer fixed salary option to me but has offered to others. 2. Not many projects so you get paid less when on bench and high bench period. This is for all types of employment. 1. We need to give project interview before being billed to it. And the interviewers are highly selective. They only accept answers what they want to hear.anyother logical answer or even it is framed slightly differently you will not be selected. And company started to sack employees for lack of projects and they are asking people to resign who joined just 3 months back and didn't even start working. I don't understand why they have hired in the first place.

Pros

You get exposure to the very latest technology, and the company is implementing it in impactful, real-world ways. Even if you're not in a tech role, you naturally build deeper understanding in the latest technologies that you may never get exposure to at other companies. Truly global. Even for employees not in global roles, you still get good visibility into the company's global scale and impact.

Cons

Too much process around approvals which reduces speed of execution. Asked to step-up but then insufficient support provided. Two-faced behaviors of managers has become acceptable.
