Pros

- there seem to be a lot of possibilities for development - family life is possible - mostly business as usual after takeover

Cons

- a lot of (unnecessary) bureaucracy, that sometimes hinders qualified people to make decissions - very bad integration after takeover left a bad first impression

Pros

Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

Cons

Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

- Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
