Pros

Barely any work, averaging 10 hours a week.

Cons

No way to grow internally, there's no learning budget, most of the employees are either Russian, Ukrainian, or Belarusian, some of them barely speak English and it's hard to work on the same projects together.

Pros

Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

Cons

Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
