      Pros

      None at all. Just salary on time.

      Cons

      Most of new joinees stay average of 1 year, when they understand what a company this is. Zero ethics, they will make you stand infront of a war if they can, you just have to be billable. Conveniently removed covid leaves from police in the middle of the 2nd and 3rd wave. Had to cut short my leaves when I caught covid due to this policy as i was short of leaves. Such inhumane policy. Never join such orgs.

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - A lot of opportunities to learn and enhance your skills; - Clients are top companies, so you're exposed to the best experiences; - Great benefits and insurance.

      Cons

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
