Pros

No pros as such. It's pays well, but it could go wrong

Cons

One of the worst companies to join in a managerial role is one where the culture blindly upholds the mantra 'the customer is always right'—to the extent that any internal issues or mistreatment within a project are ignored or silenced. If you're expected to tolerate unprofessional behavior without the right to escalate concerns, it's not just mismanagement—it's a toxic environment disguised as customer-centricity.

Pros

Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

Cons

Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
