      Pros

      * A lot of projects * Many resources to learn from * There is a lot more organization than there is in other consultancies

      Cons

      * Promotion process can be hard, they'll require more than what others with the same title can do (there is a lot of discrepancy on what a senior is) * Not much rewards for working hard on the project, you still need to put effort in Epam itself * Wages can be better in other companies

      - A lot of opportunities to learn and enhance your skills; - Clients are top companies, so you're exposed to the best experiences; - Great benefits and insurance.

      Cons

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
