Pros
-Coworkers were great -Sometimes lunch or breakfast was provided for each department -Care Committee -Friendly maintenance personnel -The CEO, Kristi, is very personable, down to earth, and she cares about her employees.
Cons
-Repetitive -Hard to move up in the company. You can move laterally but not into management. They already knew who they were going to select for management positions. They just post the job in careers and you might even get an interview but all of that was just for show. -The new system that was being put in was not meant for operations dept. It actually made it harder for us to do our jobs but easier for the customer and other departments
