Some nice people, who work hard for nothing.
Cons
Executive management doesn't know how to assess employee's abilities. It is all talk. If you are good at BS, then you will do well in this company. It does not matter that you do your job well or spend long hours doing it. The only thing that matters is whether your boss likes you or not. They talk about diversity, yet there are only 2 minorities in a group of 80 executives (VP and above).
