1yWe have heard our team members’ feedback that we can do more to share why we are making changes and how they connect back to our strategy. From this feedback, we hosted our Strategy Roadshow at all our locations, and an all-employee Town Hall where we spent 60 and 90 minutes respectively walking through our strategy and answering our team members’ questions. We encourage you have open conversations with your leader if you continue to have questions.
