      -Hardworking people are not appreciated -No growth -Increments and Promotions are not based on merit or performance, only on experience -Mostly, they just focus on hiring more people not good people

      - Middle management is biased and a lot of politics goes on within. - Decent pay but compensation hikes are too low - If you are early in your career you should rethink - frequent firing in the recent past
