Pros
Good benefits, ok salary and pretty comparable for salaries in other private universities, for the most part it is easy to find community within the university and have healthy relationships with colleagues.
Cons
There seems to be a lot of turnover, especially recently. Leadership is not great. No mentorship, feels like a lot of toxic positivity and it is mostly the same people who have been working there over the years. They are a bit closed to new and outside perspectives and do not seem to evolve on how they do things.
