Pros
It had a great team atmosphere. Other pro's Hilton provided a lot of opportunities to train and gain more experience.
Cons
They cared too much about being late 2 minutes here and there. Also, they don't have much compassion when you need a little time off for your children events or sickness. Basically no work life balance at all
