      Caution to new managers - Night Manager Embassy Suites Employee Review

      Pros

      Good benefits, good 'team' players. Training was there and available online if you wanted or needed it.

      Cons

      Upper management takes the 'guest' side all the time. New managers are thrown to the wolves upon hire and then are held more responsible for everything then the 'day' managers.
