Pros
I highly suggest passing on this employer unless you are in a bind and need something immediately. The pay is pretty much the lowest in the industry, and far below other hotels of equal cost/affordability. That should be the first red flag. Also, very corrupt and dishonest business practices. If you wish to reserve your integrity given the meager pay, this is NOT the job for you. If you wish to do a good job and provide good service, this is not the job for you. Those that tend to thrive at this company keep their head down and stay quiet and complicit in unending ethical, moral and legal dilemmas. Basically, this company asks you to wager your character for a sneeze above minimum wage. If you have no qualms with this, then this is the place for you: it will be easy and there is no accountability as long as you do what is asked and don’t ask questions. But for the average person with a sense of guilt and/or sense of right and wrong…pretty much anything is better. The only way to get ahead at this company is to be a bit sleezy. Google the lawsuits if you have any questions.
Cons
It depends on your character and values
