Pros

I'm struggling to think of any positives about this job. Some of my coworkers were nice. I didn't have to take any work home with me. The hours never change. Thats it.

Cons

I have had some terrible jobs but this one is by far the worst. The pay isn't good. The sales goals aren't very attainable. The marketing is awful. I just keep calling the same leads because marketing doesn't do their jobs. Management just cares about how many phone calls I made. They did not train me on anything! Nothing on the software they wanted me to sell. They didn't teach me how to use salesforce. No sales training at all. The turnover is very high. I was only their for about 6 months. The total office is probably only 30 people. During my time, there was about 30 people that came and gone. There was only about 4 people that had been there longer than me. The person that has been there the longest has only been there for 2 years and still hasn't been promoted. They tell people how easy it is to make money at this office, but you can't. Management won't do anything to help you. I can't express enough how terrible this place was. the toughest part of my job was trying not to fall asleep at my desk everyday and to look like i was doing something. The office is also one of the quietest places I have ever been. It is the most awkward place I have ever been. Nobody has any one to call and doesn't know what to say on the phones because no one was trained, so no one is calling any one.

Pros

It’s been a really positive experience working at Epicor. I’ve had the chance to work on meaningful roles, partner closely with great teams, and continue learning along the way. The people here make a big difference—there’s a strong sense of collaboration, and it feels like everyone is working toward the same goals. Overall, it’s been a place where I’ve been able to grow and actually enjoy the day-to-day.

Cons

Like any company in a growth stage, things can move quickly at times, which can come with its challenges—but this is something Leadership is aware of and being cautious about.

Pros

- Supportive teammates - Powerful technology - Excellent growth opportunities - Vertical and Horizontal career advancement opportunities if you are curious, proactive, motivated, and genuinely passionate about the brand, teams, and the work we are doing

Cons

- It is easy to fade into the background if you don't have a center-stage role, you need to step up to make yourself visible; otherwise, you're at risk of career and reward stagnation - Like most companies, cost and timing are major contributing factors when deciding on the tools leadership make generally available to individual contributors - you're bound to be disappointed if you expect to have the latest and greatest of everything without first providing a value proposition to a senior leader. Be ready to invest personal time building use cases and gathering data to make strong cases for solutions you think will add value to your team and have a positive impact on the organizational strategy
