Extreme micromanagement and breeding of brainless principal engineers. Those guys act as if they are working 24x7 and cheat the management. There's no productive or innovative work delivered. They literally kill the team morale and productivity with useless talks and destructive feedback. Most of the employees feel insecure because of the environment. Attrition is at all time high.
