Pros
Co-Workers were friendly and the atmosphere is extremely laid back (the latter is also a con)
Cons
You are at the bottom of the pay scale for the work you do and you are always asked to do more than what you are paid for. Improperly staffed causing some agents to balance three different job roles while still being paid their low base pay, Multiple managers giving conflicting directives that make it so that you are wrong no matter what you do. The laid back atmosphere causes a "buddy buddy" kind of feeling with supervisors who will eventually use that against you when they stab you in the back. Everything is "Temp to perm" and they'll say you'll make perm within a few months but I've seen many people remain as low paid temps for well beyond a year just to be cut loose at the drop of a hat. Terrible employees seem to be untouchable as long as they show up on time and don't get too many complaints while some of the best get fired for incredibly petty reasons. They will expect you to put yourself in danger in bad weather conditions or be faced with termination like being demanded to drive to work in a white out blizzard under a state of emergency with the roads legally shut down. (this actually happens regularly every winter) The Help Desk is like the unwanted stepchild of the Epicor company. I hear other departments are good but this one is a mess.
