Pros

I worked with some very talented professionals. Onboarding was the best one on my career.

Cons

After 2 months in your new job, HR encourages employees to write a review. The problem is that at the 2 month mark you are still in your honey moon period without real exposure to the challenges and difficulties that severely affected some projects; therefore reviews like this one are a lot more positive than they would look if the same person writes after 1 year. Upon employment termination Epicor won't pay for unused vacation unless otherwise obligated by State law.

As an employer, it's always valuable to receive feedback from former employees. We're glad to hear that you worked with talented professionals and that your onboarding experience was great. However, we're sorry to hear that you didn't feel like there were enough perks or that our culture could use some improvement. Regarding your advice to management, we appreciate your suggestions about investing in employee satisfaction and fostering a fun culture. We're always looking for ways to improve and make Epicor a great place to work for everyone, including our remote employees. We take your feedback seriously and will consider it as we continue to evaluate and improve our policies and practices. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

It’s been a really positive experience working at Epicor. I’ve had the chance to work on meaningful roles, partner closely with great teams, and continue learning along the way. The people here make a big difference—there’s a strong sense of collaboration, and it feels like everyone is working toward the same goals. Overall, it’s been a place where I’ve been able to grow and actually enjoy the day-to-day.

Cons

Like any company in a growth stage, things can move quickly at times, which can come with its challenges—but this is something Leadership is aware of and being cautious about.
