Pros
The greatest thing about working at Ergeon is the support. Everyone is willing to help and nobody's job title is "above" anyone else's when it comes to communication. I have always felt supported in any endeavor I take on, and my opinion is valued greatly. Payment is always fair and on time, weekly 1-on-1 meetings help guide me on what I should be doing, as well as informing me about my performance, company funds/benefits to ensure that my workstation is up to spec and have the best work environment. My life has changed completely since working here and it's honestly the greatest job I've ever had.
Cons
The growing pains of a start-up. Sometimes there are inconveniences that can delay certain processes, not because someone/something is not doing them, but because it simply does not exist yet. Slowly but surely all of these things get addressed. I have seen this first hand during my tenure in the company. So, yes, there are inconveniences but as long as you voice those problems, or even better, suggest a way to fix them, things do change for the better.
