Pros
- Ergeon will provide you with all the information you need to do the job (Training, guidelines, mentors, and more) - Even if you are a professional in one area, you have opportunities to learn and develop your skills in other areas. - The culture is amazing and you'll always have a helping hand when you need it. - I've been almost 2 years in Ergeon and I'm still convinced that it can grow even more than it has (and every member can personally grow with the company).
Cons
- Depending on where you're located, you might need to work out of regular working hours (but the hours are still fairly flexible). - You need to be very organized and thoughtful about your life balance (If you're good at this then don't consider this point as a part of the "cons")
