Pros

Flexible and family friendly place to work. The company emphasizes work-life balance and very committed to provide a healthy environment. Yearly minimum pay-raises are guaranteed at 3% on average by the Collective Agreement with the Trade Union. You can get a partial exception from office presence based on the individual circumstances. Pretty good cafeteria amount.

Cons

The pay is not the best, as compa-ratios are admittedly aimed to be at 80% of the market median/average salary for your individual experience and position, however often kept below that committed level. The yearly pay did not keep up with the inflation in Hungary. Office presence requirements are getting stricter with 3 days a week. Cafeteria options are getting less year-by-year, the amount is not increasing with inflation either.

Pros

The company culture is great. Super flexible, remote work culture and tons of different areas or career paths to pivot into. International company with offices in 180 different countries. Loads of diversity.

Cons

Many teams can be international, so timezones will conflict a lot and make it much harder to work with people who are overseas as they are logging off as you are getting on. This also causes communication issues as sometimes there can be language barriers.

Pros

Get work with an excellent team on interesting problems related to network API's, and communication APIs.

Cons

Some of the products could be better. Internal tooling changes a lot. Sales team don't get enough support from Marketing.
