Pros
Good life/work balance, there are many interesting areas, international presence. Used to be an employer that cared about people. This is not the case in April 2016.
Cons
Politics, inter-sites fighting, real bad middle, and upper management in general. Fear of failure and arrogance in most areas. Current CEO is a CFO and only cares about costs. Overall working environment is getting worse (free seating, open space, tools). No growth, and almost no chance of growing again due to existing management and current strategies realization.
