      Pros

      Lots of telecom networking knowledge Flexible hours Fair compensation Lots of worldwide connections possible Great for people with families and children - lots of extras and benefits

      Cons

      Mid-level management not so great If you have novel ideas, forget it - almost impossible to reach the decision-making level of management, and even harder to get assigned time for prototyping. I've seen to many great people with brilliant ideas failing to achieve anything, because of management unresponsive and uninterested in innovation. Overall, not too competitive Not so great for singles - less benefits

      Pros

      The company culture is great. Super flexible, remote work culture and tons of different areas or career paths to pivot into. International company with offices in 180 different countries. Loads of diversity.

      Cons

      Many teams can be international, so timezones will conflict a lot and make it much harder to work with people who are overseas as they are logging off as you are getting on. This also causes communication issues as sometimes there can be language barriers.

      Pros

      Get work with an excellent team on interesting problems related to network API's, and communication APIs.

      Cons

      Some of the products could be better. Internal tooling changes a lot. Sales team don't get enough support from Marketing.
